Last night Windsor Ontario Architect, Stuart Miller of MMA Architect Inc. happily attended the 20th Biz X Magazine Awards Tribute YQGevent, held at the St. Clair College for the Arts. The theme was “Emerald City: There’s No Place Like Home.” Twenty-four businesses in the #WindsorEssex business community were recognized for their outstanding contributions to business in #WindsorEssex #YQG. The accomplished award winners all gave gracious speeches, but ‘Speech of the Night’ goes to Windsor’s “Tip Top Server,” Sevasti Cipparrone of #UptownRestaurant. This young women’s warm and cheerful personality is contagious. Windsorites wanting a lift-up might want to dine with Sevasti at Uptown. ‘Best Dressed’ goes to Jen Carom and Yvonne Pilon. Carom of #VapeVineCanada, the winner in the “Smokin’ Hot Vape Shop” category, was smokin’ hot in a short, chic, white evening dress with elegant back detail. Pilon of #WEtechAlliance, a continuously shinning star in #YQGland and winner of the 2017 Power Professional Award, graced the gathering in a stunning emerald evening gown. Attendee Brenda Quint’s ruby slippers also get a magical mention. The ‘Most Humourous Presenter’ goes to Mix 96.7’s Jay Marchillo of Mornings with Jay & Morgan (Kendall) on #Mix967.
