However, we feel that it is also essential to remember to take time to enjoy life, celebrate our relationships and support others. June 2018 Team Member Memories
On Saturday, June 16th we had the privilege of inviting one of our Industry Team members R & S Renovations and Construction to join us as guests of Biz X Magazine & Deborah Jones, sponsors for the “We Will Rock Blue” concert. Desire – a U2 Tribute band’s performance was an enjoyable and uplifting event in support of Roots 2 Wings, a local YQG charity providing “programs for youth and young adults living with a disability.” Many thanks to Scott Rawlings of Magic Enterprises Productions for producing such a high-quality performance in our Windsor-Essex region. Scott, MMA Architect Inc. appreciates your hard work as knows that the magic is always in the details.
The We Will Rock Blue concert was held at the Chrysler Theatre where hundreds gathered to hear the Tribute band Desire. The band and its lead singer, Tim Shaughnessy performing as ‘Bono,’ rocked the house with over 2 hours of U2 tunes. One might say that they were almost “even better than the real thing,” and the band desire truly threw their “arms around the world” by performing at this charity concert. Shaughnessy’s performance was captivating, energizing the audience to dance and sing along. MMA Architect Inc.’s publicist, Karen Miller even got to wave a big white flag while the band performed “Bloody Sunday,” and later danced stageside with Biz X Magazine’s Deborah Jones.
May 2018 Team Member Memories
May was also a special month for our team member from Pinchin Ltd., Jessica Brown as one of her horses gave birth to a beautiful baby colt. Karen Miller so enjoyed visiting the Brown Ranch to see Tucker, the 3-day old baby colt and her mom Cass romp around the Brown Arena. Jessica Brown of Pinchin Ltd. is a dynamic young businesswoman, wise beyond her years and she’s a pleasure to know and work with.
